On Jan. 27, 2018, six members of the leadership team at Life Care Center of Pensacola, Florida, celebrated an early Mardi Gras at one of the biggest fundraisers in town.
The facility sponsored the silent auction table at the Mall Ball for the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart in Pensacola. Each year, the local mall closes early on Saturday night, and several restaurants set up food tables all over the mall. Guests raise money for the hospital and dress up in black-tie fashion. This year, four bands performed, and more than 1,200 people attended the event. Proceeds go to supporting the children.
“We had a blast and got to meet and chat with several community leaders in a very festive environment for a good cause,” said Jennifer Landis, executive director at Life Care Center of Pensacola. “Our sponsorship display was in the heart of the event, and you could not miss it. We heard over and over how excited the hospital and other community leaders were to have us as a major sponsor, and it was the perfect venue to share success stories about our facility.”
